1. Go to your settings account (1) then to the Email tab (2) and click on OVH (3):
2. New fields to fill in appear. First, type the email adress you want to connect (1), complete IMAP/SMTP hosts and ports, email adress and password (2) and then click on Connect (3):
If the synchronization doesn't work, select IMAP/SMTP and configure the advanced connection (cf. article Synchronize my mailbox with SMTP/IMAP).
For OVH customers, it is systematically necessary to call the OVH customer account at 1007 and ask to remove the block on the sending limits (number of authorized IPs) & sending / hour. The following information will be requested:
OVH account ID
Email of the account administrator
Registered telephone number
