Thanks to ChatGPT (a type of artificial intelligence capable of generating text on demand), you can now, from your Datananas Inbox, reply to your prospects with a "ready-made" answer that will have been generated automatically. The aim is to help you and save you time in your daily contact with your prospects.
How to set it up?
Via the left sidebar, go to your Settings (1)
Click on the GDPR tab (2), then on ChatGPT (3)
Enable the Toggle button "AI answer generation" (4)
A new message appears. Click on Submit
How to use it?
Via the left sidebar, go to your Inbox (1)
On the left select the response of your contact (2)
Following your prospect's last message and below the reply editor, click on "Generate an answer" (3)
A "ready-made" answer will be generated automatically in a few seconds, taking into account your previous exchanges with the prospect. If you are not satisfied with the response generated, you can click on "Generate an answer" again to obtain another one. You can do this as many times as you like. You can then make a few changes to the generated message via the editor, then click on Send now to send your message to the contact.
