The notification of contacts back into office is an automatic email which is sent to your mailbox in order to inform you that a contact is back into office.
To receive the notification of contacts back into office you must go to "My Account" in the User tab and enable the "Contacts back into office" toggle (it must be blue). Then click on Save.
You will receive an email telling you that the contact is back in the office 7 days after the return date.
In order for you to receive the email notification of contacts back into office, Datananas artificial intelligence needs to detect two things :
- the contact's reply email is an out-of-office email
- it indicates a back into office date that is understood by our IA (Intelligence artificial)
