The configuration of the intervals between the steps of your sequences is done when you create or edit them
Sending the first email: The time and day of sending the first step will be defined when you start your sequence.
To set up intervals between the different steps of your sequences:
1. Go to the Edit tab of one of your sequences
2. Open step number 2 (or one of the following steps) of your sequence
3. Select the interval in number of working days between this step and the previous step. Then, select the time slot on which you want your the emails will be sent or on which the tasks will be realized.
Example: if I schedule my stage 1 on Monday 22 October between 10am and 11am and configure the interval on step 2 to 3 days later from 2pm to 3pm > my stage 2 will take place on Thursday 25 between 2pm and 3pm
Remember to configure the intervals between the different steps of your sequences before you add your contact to them
